DOT Compliance Filing emerged from a collaboration of DOT compliance and IT specialists dedicated to providing the trucking industry with an automated, cost-effective program tailored to meet Federal drug and alcohol testing mandates. Positioned as a Third Party Administrator (TPA) within the trucking sector, our core objective is to ensure your adherence to DOT regulations through a straightforward yet efficient program that is user-friendly and easy to maintain.

Our commitment is clear: to facilitate your DOT compliance concerning drug and alcohol policies, aligning with the stipulations of 49 CFR PART 40 and 49 CFR PART 382. These regulations mandate active drivers' participation in random drug testing at a rate of at least 50% and alcohol testing at a minimum of 10% annually. Our solution is designed to assist you in fulfilling these requirements effectively.

Drawing from years of expertise in DOT supervisor training, we've crafted an intuitive online platform empowering Designated Employee Representatives (DERs) or Owner Operators to manage drivers, access test results, facilitate payments, and more seamlessly.

Each month, a cohort of drivers is randomly selected from our pool for testing. Furthermore, tests may be mandated by DERs for pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, or follow-up purposes. Convenient payment options include automatic processing via credit or debit card, or alternatively, traditional mail-in payments are accepted.
